Ali Dey Daly is a hospitality executive, entrepreneur, and creative director with an international career spanning luxury hotels, restaurants, culinary experiences, music, and events.
Originally from Tunisia and based in New York, his approach to hospitality is deeply influenced by Mediterranean culture — where welcoming people into your home and gathering around a table are fundamental parts of life.
Before founding ARTALITY, Ali served as Vice President of Culinary for Highgate Hotels, working across an international portfolio of hotels and hospitality concepts.
